We have negated the comments facility, so we do not require that visitors post a comment or enter a name and email address. Photographs and Promotional Material on the Website

 

Enhancing Entertainment publishes photographs and promotional material on the website the use of which has previously or currently been agreed by the subjects and/or photographer.. You have the right to request removal and deletion of a photograph that you no longer wish to be published on the website. The photograph will be removed from the site within 48 hours and permanently deleted from our secure database.

 

Phone Calls

 

Enhancing Entertainment does not retain any information from phone calls or record them. The information provided is used only to fulfill your specific request, and we will never ever share your personal information with anyone, unless required to do so by law.

 

Job Applications

 

Job applicants, current and former entertainers or acts employed or associated with Enhancing Entertainment are asked by Enhancing Entertainment to provide contact details, a portfolio or curriculum vitae and promotional material.

 

All of the information you provide during the process will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application, or to fulfill legal or regulatory requirements if necessary.

 

Excepting the prospective employer we will not share any of the information you provide during the recruitment process with any third parties.

 

The information you provide will be held securely by us and/or our data processors whether the information is in electronic or physical format.

 

We ask you for your personal details including name and contact details. We will also ask you about your previous experience, education, referees and for answers to questions relevant to the role you have applied for. Our recruitment team will have access to all of this information.

 

We will use the contact details you provide to contact you if required to progress your application. We will use the other information you provide to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.

 

We do not collect more information than we need to fulfill our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than is necessary.

 

The information we ask for is used to assess your suitability for employment. You do not have to provide what we ask for but it might affect your application if you do not.

 

If your application is successful, the information you provide during the application process will be retained by us as part of your employee file for the duration of your employment with Enhancing Entertainment or our associated employers. This includes your criminal records declaration, fitness to work, records of any security checks and references.

 

If you are unsuccessful at any stage of the process, the information you have provided until that point will be retained for 3 months from the closure of the campaign or prior to that date if requested by the applicant.

 

Information generated throughout the assessment process, for example interview notes, will be retained for 3 months from the closure of the campaign or prior to that date if requested by the applicant.

 

Applications are retained for 3 months in the event that a similar position becomes available that may be of interest to the applicant in which case they will be contacted.

 

Online Application Form

 

Online applications are sent via a third party provider -  Jotform. The user data is encrypted and any information provided is deleted by Enhancing Entertainment from the server once the position has been filled.
